From organizing to Chicken Piccata.................

OK, I am so stinkin’ excited about this bloggin’ thing, I can hardly stand it! But, this is extremely intimidating.........YIKES.....!!! So, why am I doing this? Ever since I was an itty bitty girl, I wanted to be a “mommy”, with a wonderful home, filled with joy, good food, activity, and Christ at the center. Fast forward to 2010, I’ve been a “mommy” for quite a while now, and I want to share the lessons I’ve learned with you, whether you’re young, just starting out, or you’ve been around the block a few times, it’s good to share our successes and failures. If your like me, there weren’t any “How To” books available to explain how to change a boys diaper, or how to bake a potato. If I had a questions, I either had to ask around, or just wing it. I hope to make this page a go-to page for you when you have questions about anything ‘home related’. We're going to learn everything from organizing to Chicken Piccata. This page will be about all the things that make a house a home. And as I like to say “Home is the place where you are loved”. It’s so much more than a dwelling place. Let's learn as much as we can to make Home everyones favorite place to be!
I’ve been in grand, well decorated, expensive houses, and small cramped & cluttered abodes, it’s not about the structure - it’s about what you fill that structure with- it’s about how others feel when they walk through your door. I’d much rather be in a happy shack full of love and sweet tea, than a spacious, well dressed house that’s cold and empty. I don’t know the direction we’re going to go kids, but lets have fun getting there. Did I mention how excited I am?!?!?!?!
